100% payment required at the time of booking.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
Cancellations 13 days or less before arrival: Non-refundable.
Exceptional Cases: If a guest presents official documentation from a hospital, doctor, or relevant institution due to a serious personal or family emergency, we will evaluate cancellation options.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If upon arrival the guest is not satisfied with the accommodation, they may receive a full refund provided they:
✅ Notify reception within one hour of arrival.
✅ Do not use the accommodation (i.e., do not stay overnight).

Terms and Conditions

🚭 No Smoking & Open Flames
Smoking, candles, and any other incandescent materials are strictly prohibited inside the domes.

🏡 Property Care
Guests must leave the accommodation in good condition. Any damage to the facilities or removal of furniture/accessories must be reported immediately and will be charged accordingly.

🔇 Quiet Hours
For the comfort of all guests, silence is required after 22:00.

🐾 Pet Policy
We welcome pets! 🐶 However, an extra charge of $50 per stay applies, and additional conditions may be required to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests. Please inquire before arrival.

🔞 Adults-Only Policy
Domos Mirador is an adults-only glamping experience.
